DEGIRO (Broker)
In my opinion the best broker in Europe – it has a user-friendly platform entirely online, Very low trading commissions (and free for some ETFs), no management costs even in the event of inactivity. And the main advantage: you can download a pre-filled tax return form and give it to your accountant without racking your brain.

N26 (bank online)
N26 is an online bank based in Germany (new accounts opened in Italy have an Italian IBAN) which lets you open an account and manage your finances entirely via smartphone, quickly and free, complete with Mastercard card (nd. that semi-transparent pussy).
N26 is currently my main bank, the one on which I receive my salary and to which I have linked my investment account on DEGIRO, and so far I really have nothing to complain about.
Statistics are certainly among the most useful features for FIRE, which automatically show you your monthly expenses (ad is. how much money do you spend at the supermarket, doing shopping, going to restaurants and bars, public transport etc.).
There are paid premium accounts but I personally use the free version without problems. You can open an account using mine invitation link, five minutes is enough.
WISE (formerly TransferWise)
If like me you live abroad or travel a lot and have to deal with different monetary currencies, (Transfer)Wise is a godsend.
With just one free account you can send and receive money in different currencies with minimal fees – and you have access to both a physical and virtual card so you can withdraw money at an ATM in any country. I use it as a real secondary bank account.

If you are interested in the world of crypto but don't want to expose yourself to risks, the cashback offered by crypto.com is a smart way to invest small sums automatically every time you make purchases with a credit card. Italian forum on the FIRE movement. Reddit is a very popular online platform and it is also thanks to it that FIRE has achieved popularity, the English channel of r/financialindependence matters more than 800.000 members.
